Frequently Asked Questions *

How far in advance should I book services?

Birth support is best booked early in pregnancy to ensure availability. Postpartum and full-spectrum services may be booked closer to the time of need, depending on capacity.

Who do you support?

I support people of all identities and family structures, with a focus on Black, queer, trans, and marginalized communities. All bodies, genders, and experiences are welcome here.

Do you offer virtual support?

Yes. Virtual support is available for select services, including fertility support, prenatal education, abortion support and telehealth.

What is the Green Bottle sliding scale?

The Green Bottle is a community-care pricing model rooted in trust, dignity, and self-assessment. Clients are invited to choose a rate tier—Supporter, Standard, or Community—based on their current access to resources. To learn more about how the Green Bottle works and how to choose a tier, we invite you to explore the full Green Bottle page.

Are Community Care Rates always available?

Community Care Rates are offered on a limited basis each quarter. Availability depends on capacity and is prioritized for Black, queer, trans, and single-parent families.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. Insurance is accepted for select services, depending on plan eligibility. Coverage varies by plan, service type, and provider, so insurance acceptance is not guaranteed. When coverage is partial or unavailable, the Green Bottle Community Care model may be used to bridge gaps or support private-pay care. These systems work alongside each other to ensure care remains accessible, transparent, and sustainable. I recommend reaching out to discuss your coverage and confirm eligibility before booking.

Insurance coverage is determined by individual plans and is subject to verification. Clients remain responsible for any services not covered by insurance.
