Frequently Asked Questions *

How far in advance should I book services?

Birth support is best booked early in pregnancy to ensure availability. Postpartum and full-spectrum services may be booked closer to the time of need, depending on capacity.

Who do you support?

I support people of all identities and family structures, with a focus on Black, queer, trans, and marginalized communities. All bodies, genders, and experiences are welcome here.

Do you offer virtual support?

Yes. Virtual support is available for select services, including fertility support, prenatal education, abortion support and telehealth.

What is the Green Bottle sliding scale?

The Green Bottle is a community-care pricing model rooted in trust and self-assessment. Instead of proving financial need, clients choose a rate tier—Supporter, Standard, or Community—based on their current access to resources. A full bottle may have capacity to give, while a bottle that is low or refilling deserves support.

Are Community Care Rates always available?

Community Care Rates are offered on a limited basis each quarter. Availability depends on capacity and is prioritized for Black, queer, trans, and single-parent families.

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. I accept select insurance plans and reimbursement options for certain services. Coverage varies by plan, service type, and provider, so insurance acceptance is not guaranteed. I recommend reaching out to discuss your coverage and confirm eligibility before booking.

Insurance coverage is determined by individual plans and is subject to verification. Clients remain responsible for any services not covered by insurance.
